 - User account credentials (managed by Clerk)

- With Employers: When you apply for a job, we share your application materials with that employer
 - Talent Marketplace: When you apply to any job on 209.works or join our talent pool, we create a candidate profile from your information (including resume, skills, experience, and preferences). Employers who purchase talent access can search and view these profiles to match candidates with open positions. Your profile may be visible to multiple employers, not just the ones you directly applied to. This helps us proactively connect you with relevant opportunities.
 - Service Providers: We use third-party services including:
- Clerk (authentication)
 - Stripe (payment processing)
 - Neon (database hosting)
 - Vercel (hosting and file storage)
 - OpenAI (AI features for resume parsing and skill extraction)
 
 - Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
 
Important: By applying to jobs or joining our talent pool, you consent to your profile being searchable by verified employers on our platform. You can request to be removed from the talent pool at any time by contacting us.
